In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your new LeMond Bicycle when it arrives then please contact us at info@lemond.com to arrange a refund or exchange. All we ask is that the bike has been ridden only on a clean, dry surface and that it's in the same condition it was upon delivery. We are happy to collect the bike from you, at our expense, and offer you an exchange, or a full refund anytime in the first 14 days after delivery.
